I got a PC made in 2004, with an unbelivably bad GPU, shitty CPU and a gig of ram and I don't even have one frame drop on that round.
Have you tried switching your video mode to DirectX or OpenGL? And I know that I'm starting to repeat myself but the graphics in the game have a huge impact on the frame rate. Also check out the Task Manager to see if a program is using a big percentage of your CPU. By the way, that's a laptop -I think- it can be overheating...

As I said, you should lower down your graphics, we can't remove a round just because a small percentage of people have bad PCs.

What happened? You ran out of clever responses? You don't have any evidence, nobody will believe you unless you show us one. If you have a log as an evidence, we will have to wait until an administrator takes a look at the server logs themselves.

You want to change the file location of your server? If so I think you can use FTP.

We have an activity script that removes the moderators status if they stay inactive for a long time (they need to play x hours a month etc.) Also mods here are doing their best to keep the server clean, I see mods quite often on the server, so stop bashing people for nothing.
If Happy Camper thinks that they really are inactive, he will just bump up the minimum activity hours every month by 2-3 hours.
