It doesn't show up on the server list, is there a problem?

I just noticed that when i use the !pban command, the ban doesn't show up in the unban list.

It's the same thing that happened 2 or 3 weeks ago; server is rapidly crashing

Server keeps crashing nonstop is that another DDoS attack or just a coincidence?

I have been experiencing a big amount of lag in the server lately,Is it just me who is lagging or is it server?
