I think I got my answer from Nighthawk: If someone is coming behind you and you hide under the tree just so you can ambush them coming from behind; It's fine, however if you hide under the tree for a long time WAITING for someone to come; that's camping.

Yeah but in most of the servers and even in most of the FPS games, these kind of hidings are considered as camping.
