Fws (and other) Servers are portforwarded as well so it can't be just that one port running.
Connections for the servers(VPS, not cs2d) are made on other ports as well. Incase anyone is running something else, those ports will be blocked as well.
Other than that, I doubt anyone will bear to follow this because blocking every port except for 1 is a really bad idea. O.o

Erm. There's no real definition for "420". Basically it refers to weed, n0scopes and some other things. However, if you look that up in urban dictionary, there's some sort of definition for it. Overall, it's just a famous internet pun.

Normal players are given VIP statuses after playing for 2 hours, this will be a bad idea as only moderators should be able to access a user's information which he may want to keep private. The VIP system on HC//Fun is quite different from other servers, mind.

!rcon kick 1 freevotingDoesn't require a rcon pass since you're already logged in. Iz HC admin script feature.

Not even senior moderators can spawn players(or themselves) on the server's admin script. It's not on your logs as well so what was experienced here was most likely psychological. It seems you were so fixated upon killing xoot that your brain perceived a false-positive (it was someone else). Happens. ._.
