Thanks for reporting. I don't know what happened. The server has not rebooted. I guess there was some problem with the internet connection, possibly a DDOS attack.

I deleted the IP from the post.
That IP is not banned, but the name you used when you logged in a few hours ago is banned. It's a very short name so I guess hackers often use it. Please try with another name.

I have some bad news. Both my arms are overstrained and I will have to rest them as much as possible. This means there be will no new script functionality for a while. I don't know how long it will take for them to heal.

For a website I would recommend that you choose a CMS (Content Management System). Some popular ones are Drupal, Joomla and Wordpress. There are lots of functionality and plugins for all of them. They all require a database, though.

I have almost exclusively used Linux for scripting, mostly because it's the OS I use every day and it has good support for many script languages. Windows is nearly as good, though. It's mostly a matter of taste.
