Bounty, if a player is on the server when it restarts, doesn't mean he's the one doing it. If I were to crash a server, I wouldn't even need to join the server. This is pretty much abuse of the moderation system. You can't use tban so freely on someone that didn't do anything. Don't ban anyone else if he/she is on the server when it restarts. Note: High restart rates are caused mostly by an error, high traffic (could be ddos) or something else.

However I did not banned him. One thing that server crashed only a few times per day, but when that guy came sever started to crash very usually. Same with yesterday.
