Your english skills are more like 3,5 -4 out of 10. Sorry if i destroyed your hopes, but being serious about this fact, especially when the rest of your apply proves your english knowledge, would have been a better choice.
Im negative about your application currently, you may add some info about your moderation history of cs2d's servers to make it more interesting to read.

I didnt expect you were that young. Your english is going well for that age since it isnt your arterial language(mother tongue/native language). A small tip, never lose the interest in learning languages, they'll get you far one day (especially english). When i was younger, about your age (like 13 years ago) i wasnt even half way skilled in talking or even writing english. O.o this may happened due to the german schoolsystem(we didnt learn other languages this early) nvm. The only words i knew i had picked up from games or movies etc. So one little question, do you learn english in school already?

Well he really is a nice guy and i expected his english skills would be better, he's always able to communicate on a proper way when i meet him ingame so no clue what happened here. Snoop always spots hackers etc on a really reliable way which is a big help for us but im not sure if jmod would suit him after reading his application. Im kinda confused right now..

The positive:
-i can do some kind of special shit videos, did some for cs2d too in the past (for NoPain mostly)
-im using Sony Vegas, Adobe AE (after effects) and cinema4d
The negative:
-i currently just got a slow internetconnection so it will be impossible to upload the video

Try to change the bitrate from 32 to 16 or 8 on your spraylogo. This will fix the visual errors.
