Heyo Hajt,
I also asked that myself once.
I think it's just because the server isnt about bomb planting and defusing that's why happy chose dm_dust over de_dust but im not sure about it.

XoOt is right. With de_dust one of the terrorist always got a bomb to carry. I had to add extra code to the script to remove the bomb if it was dropped and prevent it from being planted. Some players still got confused when they tried to plant it so I just removed the bomb areas and renamed the map dm_dust since this mod is more of a team deathmatch.
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after you. :o
