I have a idea for fix the power using if USGN Main server is down. A log-in script in the server, where you  has a username, and a password, with you can log-in your powers.

It disable these times when you cant use your USGN. And i know it can be do, because cZ servers has this system too. Häppy?

Sorry for being so negative, but I don't like it for the following reasons:

• More administration. People forget their passwords. When people ask me to reset their passwords I would have to check their IP addresses against the logs to make sure they are who they claim to be.
• Account theft due to people picking easy passwords.
• People might share their accounts, especially moderator accounts.
• Also, it doesn't solve the problem with ranks not being registered when USGN is down.

Also think of the big confusion when this suddenly gets implemented. And when it comes to not being able to stop hackers while USGN is down, they can't actually harm anyone's rank since nobody is logged in.

Also you can use USGN problems as an "excuse" to take a break from CS2D for a day or so.

Hm hm, so ranks are stored in USGN servers? :d Or does CS2D just rank those who are registered? And that can't be overridden in lua?

Only the ones who are registered. As the system uses your USGN ID to see what rank you are, if you're not logged into USGN your rank can't be saved/updated/whatever.
