They should be kick at the end of the round or within one minute. Have you seen them staying for longer than that?

Vouch for this.

Eventhough 25-50-75-95% armors doesn't make much difference in one-shot deagle it can be pretty advantageous when someone gets medic or even stealth armor.

Basicly the beginning of the rounds doesn't clear players armor from the previous round.

if you used armor in round "Deagle One-Shot"
That doesn't make diferrance because you have super armor when someone shots you .
does that mean ? = -1 damage ?
or medic armor it can be happend with bug... like you can't heal your self or
when you heal your self your teamate will die and after all ct will attacks you in same time
