We won't unban you until you will give proofs that you wasn't hacking. Ban for insulting would be abusing if insulting have been short and non-continuing.

he insulted in every sentence someone because he got killed . i wrote to him that he has to stop . he didnt so i kicked him . than he came back and insukted everyone again on turkish so i banned him . ithink it was too hard but he disrespects all and every time , last time i thought just let him go , he wont do anything again but yeah he didnt stop.

You can't just ban someone for insulting. Well, unless you can't stop him by kicking him about 15 times in a row, then ban him for like 10-15 minutes. That's the option of last resort though.
