Today I was trying to join HC which I haven't played in a week and amazingly it said I was banned, I'm not even sure when or even how I got banned but it seems that my IP is banned so please unban me and giving an explanation on who banned me and why would be good to know as well.

My ip is: 86.108.104.136

Might be a temporary ban, I think IPs don't show up in temporary bans.

I'm pretty sure it's not temporary since I couldn't even enter HC as well as I'm still banned now.

I deleted the IP from the post.

That IP is not banned, but the name you used when you logged in a few hours ago is banned. It's a very short name so I guess hackers often use it. Please try with another name.
