Dear Happy Camper,
I thought of idea making new rank - Junior Admin (JrAdmin).
It will have all SMod's powers and plus making VIPs and JMods.
I'm not sure it's good idea, but I think it would be good training are for future admins.

I think the current Admins which we have the VIP/JMod making covered as well as any other duties they have.

I agree with Bonzo and ŦƲƦƙɘƳ. There shouldn't be that many admins and all admins should be senior moderators before they become admins and thus fully trusted.
