Lag issue

Ever since the IP of HC changed the last time I've been getting lags, on other servers I can go well at ~180, but in HC my ping tops ~260 in normal play and in those barracade + machete/chainsaw events/rounds I totally lag out. This never happened before and it's weird since my internet also got a boost to 2Mbps(0.2MBps/200KBps), and believe it or not, but it was 0.5MBps(50KBps) before and I played without any lag, my ping was around ~140. Did the server move or something, am I using the wrong ports(32, 16, 36963) or what? :C

You can play around with the "Net" settings or you can check if any program is using your internet (ESET does that to me sometimes).
Oh and are you sure you didn't pass your internet limit?

None of that, my internet is unlimited.

The server hasn't moved anywhere physically. It's possible that the route changed, and that could cause the lags. I am sorry but I don't have a solution to that.
