Wa pann is aimbotter and insulter. His laser was moving automaticly and he shot me at once on round with barricades. Later he insulted me because i said to him do not spam.

I do not banned him, because i want to know, what other think.

You can't ban people if they're just insulting or spamming. However I can't quite tell from the log if he's actually using an aimbot. If you really want to report him using an aimbot, show us the logs when he kills 8 people in a row or more. But it would be better to show that with a video.

EDIT: By the way, never show someone elses ip in public. It would be better to post this in our corner.

You should make your "MOD" tag ON and then warn.Otherwise,he'll not listen you cuz he don't think that you're a MOD and he'll try to ignore you by using some badwords .Give atleast 3 warnings before banning(temp.).
1.warn him..if he don't listen you.then mute him if he's spamming.Don't mind what he's saying.(in case of spam)
2.if he uses aimbot..still same,warn him.Otherwise,kick.if he come back at same time,then say"I could've banned you but this is last warning if you use any hack again then i'll report you for sure or ban(temp.) you.(in case of aimbot or any other hack)

In my opinion, hackers should be banned instantly. They never change. They'll hack when you don't see it. So please dear mods, just ban those hackers if you're 100% sure, that they're hacking.

I think you should read about Valve's Anti-Cheat Sytem (VAC), It's perfect, they have zero tolerance; if you ever hack in any VAC secured game, you will get banned in all of your other games.
I completely support the zero-tolerance policy.

Sometimes,people think how can this guy kill me? So,they call him a"hacker".but he's not..he is a skilled player.if you notice speed in a player,then you call him a "hacker" without noticing his actual pings,he might be lagging.In both cases,they get banned.Isn't it unfair for them?!

That's why you should be careful when choosing your moderators, I usually watch the hacker for a long time before banning them.
