Unban for Saket

I met player named Saket. He said he was banned for hacking but he wasn't hacking. One JMod said it's true. He wasn't hacking. Saket wants to be unbaned. I saw him many times in HC // Fun and he wasn't hacking.
In my opinion, he MUST be unbanned.

No, i just mean he was cheater, and yesterday i wanted to ban him, because he was spamming on range rover, me and rohan, but he left server before i could ban him. He kept saying "Unban me plz". I said "admins said to not realase u from ban", but seem he even didin't wanted to hear it.
