Yes, but It was (I think) 1 year ago, and I cant remember the server.

5) Why exactly do you want to be a Mod/SMod ?
I want to be mod, because now, I often see hackers, and there isn't any mod to stop them. I'm very angry when I see that. I'll kick players who breaks rules, make spectators idlers, ban hackers...

There was a spammer here whose post was deleted. Elfing meant him and Happy banned his IP, not the actual applicants. It just looks confusing now.
