1)hi all i' have account name : FeaR shark boy he is Banned from HC//fun bcz he was stolen Now my Freind (he is computer hacker) he hack who take my accout and The Ip are Frome Romania O_o now the accout is for me i change Pasword i want him to be enbanned
2) Ban my accout :

cause he is stolen thursday i try to login dont want say wrong password who want to try to connect whit

That U.S.G.N. was banned from the server in July, reason: Hacking/Cheating. The IP address the user was using at that time is from Algeria and not from Romania. So your story doesn't check out.

First: Never ever post passwords in public forums. If you couldn't log in because of some temporary glitch, you can be sure that your account will be stolen. If you are using the same password for other accounts, e.g. your email account, there's a risk they will he hijacked as well.

The same IP address has been used for both of these accounts, so I think it's fair to assume that person is you. I will ban it.
