Hacker + JMod Report

Well, yeah, I'm a Jmod, so I dont get much chances of banning anyone. But there was this player from Russian federation. You can check his logs to see what he did.
Events happened on Aug 22 2013, Thursday, 12:00 - 1:00 AM. Pakistan Time. (I forgot the gmt, i think its +4) Anyways, it the time that this was posted.
So he first started racial comments and i muted him. So he came back with different names and started speedhacking. And kept saying  "you will pay". The funny.

I managed to get his Ip.
It's 94.75.161.200
He kept coming in and speedhacking, then leaving withing a few seconds, making it difficult to retrieve his other info. So, I don't have much power, so I guess it would be appropriate to report it here for mods?


Oh and another story, one of your jmods seem to be pretty racial too.
