Apply for a promotion

As you all know me very well.  I like to get a promotion since i was too long in my SMOD position wish to go for a promotion. Since it's been years in my SMOD position wishing to go one step for a admin. Let's see what admin's decide in this. Thanks in advance.

I believe you cannot apply for an admin. You've got to PM request or smth like that to one if admins. They would decide whether to give you rank or not.
