JMods get some basic powers. They can use most commands with the exception of banning and killing.
Mods get the same powers as JMods, but also the ability to kill and ban players up to 24 hours (if I remember right).
SMods get the same powers as Mods, but also the ability to permanently ban players.
Admins are simply awesome. They have power over magic and wizardry that other people must not know of.
And then there's the owner, Happy Camper. He's okay, too.
This, of course is obviously not very accurate. I did my best to remember stuff, but it didn't work out very well. I suggest you wait for someone with more knowledge to reply.

Well we really lack Mods that's why we now accept most people. I knew that at least 1 report about 1 new Mod will come and here it is. For now Tuborg is getting a warning, but next time he'll be demoted.
I simply can't agree with this. I'd rather have no mods instead of ones that abuse and/or refuse to do what they're supposed to.

I personally wouldn't let it get that far.
If I clearly saw that Shark Boy's faker was teasing and offending him, I would instantly mute and/or change his name.
If it got to the point where it was an all-out flame ware I'd mute both and change the faker's name. If the mute time would end and they would carry on I'd repeat for a longer period of time.

This is ridiculous.
Which is why I support this idea!
It would help break the monotony routine and cheer up the server. Coupled with the Christmas-themed map it really would look interesting.
As for Maciek being Santa, that's a decent idea too. He's very active on the server, and if he could manage being nice (Santas don't insult anybody, not even the naughty kids) then he'd be perfect. Not to mention he's skilled so the Santa would be a bringer of joy and somebody not a complete derp.

Either that or it was by accident but N' still thought it was deliberate.
Still, such a thing can happen to anyone so I don't think N''s actions were justified. Possibly a warning since he hasn't been causing trouble before ?
Demoting for 2 shakes and a mute doesn't sound like a fair punishment to me.
