You are absolutely right about spammers. If they spams screen, we must to mute them immediately and talk with them.

@Apfelbrot Like a situation with N' and Aceshot proves that when mods mutes spammers, then spammers report them and put all fault on them. I think that hackers/cheaters should have at least 1 chance to do not hack. If we will warn them, maybe after some time they will join our community and become good and rightful players. I we will ban them immediately perhaps they will only change USGN or IP and will continue hacking/cheating. This is just opinion
