Server / Unknown bug

I took this screenshot today. It all started with a round "A taste of everything". I picked a super armor and my other team members had medic armor.In the next round,the "1 hp Deagle shot", we were spawned with the same armors that we had in the previous round.Finally,they disappeared after the "1 hp deagle shot round".

Happy,do you know anything about this bug? I think this bug will never occur again. But it's better to let you know about this bug.
