in the start 1 player from each team will be unlocked.
1vs1.
when some one kills some one from the other team.
1 player from each side/team will be unlocked.
easy as that weapons the devs choice.

i just mean like they should be stoped from spamming by the server itself it should stop them as normal players get prohibited after every chat message.
