Title: PCS Project 1on1 M3 #2

Hello. I'm working as tournament admin for PCS Project and I want invite this community to my another tournament called PCS Project 1on1 M3 #2. This is not a one day tournament, so you can choose when you want play a match. We are gonna play on server localized in Germany, so if you are from Europe don't worry about ping.

I am not from europe but i am intreseted in participating but i cant because of ping  :( let me just join and see do you have any server at same location?

RR, I think indians and morrocans get good ping on germany servers depending on how much is the server ram tho.
