Can confirm IP, he aimbots as well. Just banned him a few hours ago on fws.
And instead of making topics, report rule breakers here (http://hotchills.org/index.php/topic,660.60.html). Will keep the forum clean, plus it's a singular topic with reports.

And don't double post, the admins may have already banned him or if they haven't they'll soon. ;0 Atleast moderators will keep an eye out.
