 Hello nice guys.
I created some time before an own Map. With this map
I want Start a Server With a good script.
It is a Map like Happy Town.
Now i want Start The Server With a script which can:

#Hats
#Make Weapons on 'hand'
#Make Chat colours
#Make MODs:   similar Tod Iran town where are police boss and police
#with Home Owning :a Button in every house which player can pressWirth E and than he is owner Of this house | only 1 house owning | than The player can go outside and close door With a button in F3

Yeah. I mean The Iran town script. But maybe someone can create a New better one without some unecessary stuff.

There a german good scripter? than we can communicate better on german.
