Your english skills are more like 3,5 -4 out of 10. Sorry if i destroyed your hopes, but being serious about this fact, especially when the rest of your apply proves your english knowledge, would have been a better choice.
Im negative about your application currently, you may add some info about your moderation history of cs2d's servers to make it more interesting to read.

I think he did it to bump the application since it was almost 2 weeks and you guys haven't rejected or accepted him.
