Is there a way for us to permanently ban hackers?

Can you please change that Jmod can ban for 24h Now Jmod can't ban at all... Please change it

No. There would be almost no purpose to have a JMod rank then. We cannot fully trust new moderators.

Idk if it's possible for them already but you can give jmods the rights to atleast speclock for a max. about 1hour (will end in same result as tban, the hacker will leave change his ip and come back but it atleast stops him for the on going session)
