Hello in the server in vote menu you cant kick mods so when hackers connect they go to vote menu and not founds mod open hacks so delte (cant kick mods) and replace by auto kick who vote mod

This might sound like a good idea, but it's better to keep it as it is. Why? If hackers will be kicked by voting a moderator they will just stay off from the server and wait until the moderator is gone and start hacking again. The result will be that we just couldnt ban him.

i dont think so bcz if hacker dont saw mod he will 99% open hack but if he see a mod he will off hack

Sniper killer, no no no that's not how moderating a server should work, as you mentioned in your other topic already "off your tag so hackers wont notice you" so they shouldnt notice it in any kind and honestly no one would check the list for kickable players each time someone joins the server. By kicking them when they vote moderators they will just do the thing i said already in my earlier reply. So it's fine as it is.
