Title: Server update

I did some small updates to the server yesterday.

• The website is announced once every minute.
• Attributes/hats become transparent when you wear a stealth armor. There is a bug here, but it should happen very rarely.
• Small updates to the rounds. Added some missing areas for some of the weapon rounds.

Seems nice, especially the hat thing. I haven't been to the server yet but isn't once a minute too often? o:

It's a pretty discrete announcement, so I don't think it will disturb too much. I was easier to display it every minute, since the code was already in place. I might change it later.

Great  that u fix the hat bug it was annoying to change hat on every stealth =]
