Title: Ban

I've just banned $peed Toky Drift. Many players voted him and i decide to check him. I slowed down gim imbolized and he, anyway was walking! Then i was sure he was speedhacker. Anyway, I saw him a day ago speedhacking, but i thought it was a lag.
P.S. His ping was about 126 - very normal.

I also never saw him miss a shot, i just thought he was skilled. :c

How?!  ??? When I banned that speedhacker, just about half hour ago I slowed down one guy (anyway it was only lag, not speed) and he could not move.
