This guy is pretty skilled. Yet, i don't know if his English is good enough to warn players about stuff they're not allowed to do. It would be nice to check your level by talking on different subjects.

thx hyorgh , All I want is to eliminate hackers because I'm always here , You do not have to look at my English only  I am a very skillful player and most of the players know me and therefore it will be easy to communicate with them

You also could be that badest player that the world have seen and you would have the same chance like a player who has a KPD of 5.0. He's kind active but in my opinion, when I'm watching your short and bad application, it would be pretty bad to give you any rank.
