Title: Weird question o_O (Second Part)

We all know ddosing/crashing the server isn't allowed...But, a guy who crashes rulerbreaker's computer when there isn't any staff online, is it allowed? Will this guy recive a punish?

PS: I'm not a crasher, I don't even know what to search in Google for downloading that ''Crash Hack'' or whatever is it called.
