Can someone apply for VIP? :D
Because that 'someone' is very lazy to play so many hours in a row and he likes to play short games (aka rage quit)
Just a question and that someone is not named Se7en at all!

You don't have to play it all in a row. It's the total time played during 7 days that matters. You could play for 1 minute 120 times in a week, for example.

2 hours are that less and also busy people are able to reach this limit and to your second question, I guess that's necessary that you could get added as any Moderator.
